Shanghai Golden River-view Hotel is owned by Shanghai Transportation Cooperation and hired former ITT Sheraton Hotels and Resorts Corporation’s top hotel executive, Mr. Paul Hung in charge of hotel management and he is an American Chinese. This is a 4-stars business hotel within rooms, food beverage, conference, and recreation facilities. Hotel has 157 rooms for different styles such as superior king, superior double, deluxe twin, superior suite, deluxe suite and central air-conditioning, cabled TV, national/international long distance phone call, ADSL for 24 hours. This hotel has a beautiful lobby bar, Chinese/Western restaurant, banquet room, business center, with good recreation facilities with 5 independent conference rooms, 300m2 multiple function conference room and deluxe conference room. All of us at the Golden River-View Hotel are totally dedicated to service you so that you will be satisfied at every level of our service.
VIP Club Membership Application
1. The application of VIP card is without any application fee
2. The club membership card does not need to charge without values, it belongs to free VIP membership card
3. The application needs to display a valid certification involving (ID card ,passport, 台胞证,oversea residence card)
4. Please take the <<VIP Application Form>> at the front and fill it out completely and correctively.
5. After confirming the application form, then you can obtain the VIP card, take the VIP membership manual and become hotel’s VIP member.
VIP Club Membership Clauses
Section One: Members’ attention
1. The consumption of food beverage, souvenirs, laundry, ADSL in the hotel will not be listed into members’ accumulative points.
2. Members cannot have the discount again during the promoted prices.
3. .You should actively cancel the reservation in advance, then the hotel will not deduct 200 points from you.
4. The consumers cannot obtain the points through the reservation center, tour groups or the business companies who assigned to a contract. The consumers can get the points merely by the membership price.
5. The long-term consumers can get the point by the membership price.
6. Only yourself can use the membership card and the valid ID card must be same as the member application form.
7. The points cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The accumulation of the points is valid for the members.
9. Guests must display the VIP membership card before the consumption. The guests will be responsible for any problem of the difference prices of consumption if they do not display the card.
10. Please bring the valid ID card to the sales department or guest’s service center for transaction if the card is lost. After confirmation by each other, the guests could get a new one. The original points will be accumulated after the discount of 40%.
11. Hotel requires re-reserving, the volume of rooms is limited, and maybe there is no award of points in the high season.
12. Hotel does not involve the food beverage, tips, or any other fees. These fees need to check up before the checkout.
13. The award for VIP members must fax to the hotel’s sales department before 15 days, the content includes (the copies of ID card and membership card)
14. The more you stay at our hotel, the more points you will accumulate in a continuous basis.
15. VIP members will entitle room discount of 10% (without involving the promotion of holidays, points of accumulation)
16. The authority of clauses explanation belongs to us. We have the rights to add, edit and delete the clauses without prior notice.
Section Two: VIP Promotion Policy
1. Discount of 10% for the laundry service.
2. Discount of 20% for the dinner in the western restaurant, beverage has no discount.
3. Discount of 12% for the entertainment services.
4. Discount of 10% for the ADSL service.
5. Discount of 5% for the business center services.
6. Members have got priority for reservation and extension during the high season.
7. Members can share the complimentary service in the hotel.

3. To award a return plane ticket (the price up to RMB2000) or award Superior King/Superior Double for five nights after 50000 points (Including the tax)
Attention: Points accumulation or award depends on you. Any selection of the “above”, you must let hotel sales department know 7days ahead.
